How to use any essential oils
*Massage and direct application*
This entails using small drops of an oil. Must first dilute the oils with a carrier oil, such as almond or olive oil or in vasiline . Use a few drops per tablespoon of carrier oil for best results, then massage into your skin until fully absorbed.

*On Hair*
Mix 2 or 3 drops of the essential oils into a tablespoon of carrier oil. Essential oils are highly concentrated and must be diluted. Massage the mixture into the scalp vigorously for 2 to 3 minutes. Place the oil on the fingertips and start at the front of the scalp, rubbing in circles.
*On Diffuser*
add 3-5 drops or 2 sprays of essential oil per 100ml of water.
