How to use any essential oils
*Massage and direct application*
This entails using small drops of an oil. Must first dilute the oils with a carrier oil, such as almond or olive oil or in vasiline . Use a few drops per tablespoon of carrier oil for best results, then massage into your skin until fully absorbed.
*How to use essential oils topically*
Use your head, literally! Essential oils can be applied to the crown of your head, behind the ears, to your neck, and to your temples.
If the aroma of an oil is too strong, or your skin is sensitive, you can dilute it with a carrier oil. …
*On Hair*
Mix 2 or 3 drops of the essential oils into a tablespoon of carrier oil. Essential oils are highly concentrated and must be diluted. Massage the mixture into the scalp vigorously for 2 to 3 minutes. Place the oil on the fingertips and start at the front of the scalp, rubbing in circles.
*On Diffuser*
add 3-5 drops or 2 sprays of essential oil per 100ml of water.
